At Casriya, we ensure our customers are well taken care of. We prioritise that customers refer to the size guide prior to ordering. We also have video's on our social media, so you could see our Abayas in its live form. If your order does not fit well, we are happy to send out an alternative size if available or store credit.

 In order for an exchange to be processed, please ensure the product is in its original form (I.e no damage, faults, odour or missing pieces). If this is not met, we have the right to refuse any exchanges. An email must be sent to us within 5 days of delivery of the shipment. We do not cover the costs of delivery so please ensure the package is sent to us via a tracked method as we are not responsible for any losses.

For this to be processed please include a full name, email confirmation of purchase and order number within 5 days of delivery.
